Because we are an eco-conscious brand that prioritizes sustainability, every single item you order is custom-made specifically for you at the time of purchase. We do not hold inventory or stock. This “made-to-order” model significantly reduces waste and carbon emissions, but it also means our return policy differs from mass-market retail brands.
Please read the following carefully before placing your order.
1. All Sales Are Final (Change of Mind)
Due to the custom nature of our products (Print-on-Demand), we do not offer returns, refunds, or exchanges for:

Buyer’s remorse: Changing your mind after the order is placed or delivered.

Wrong size ordered: We provide detailed size charts on every apparel product page. Please review these carefully before purchasing to ensure the perfect fit.

Incorrect selection: Ordering the wrong color, frame type, or quantity by mistake.
We ask that you double-check your order details (size, design, address) before confirming your purchase.
2. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
We stand behind the quality of our products. In the rare event that your order arrives damaged, with a manufacturing defect, or you receive the wrong item, we will make it right at no cost to you.
How to Report an Issue
If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us immediately so we can file a claim with our production partner.

Timeframe: You must contact us within 30 days of the delivery date.

Evidence Required: Please attach clear photos of the damage/defect and the packaging. This is required for us to process your free replacement.
Resolution: Once we verify the issue via photos, we will send you a free replacement of the exact same item immediately. If a replacement is not available, we will issue a full refund.
3. Packages Lost in Transit
If your package is lost in transit and the tracking status has not updated for an extended period, we will cover the cost.

Note: If the tracking status says “Delivered” but you cannot find the package, we are unable to offer a refund or replacement. We recommend contacting the shipping carrier directly or checking with neighbors.
4. Wrong Shipping Address
We are not responsible for orders that are lost or returned to sender due to an incorrect or incomplete shipping address provided by the customer at checkout.

If an order is returned to us (or our print partner) due to an address error, the customer is responsible for the cost of re-shipping or placing a new order. Please verify your address carefully!
5. Order Cancellations
Our automated system sends orders to our production partners very quickly to ensure fast delivery times.

Cancellation Window: You may request a cancellation within 1 hour of purchase.

After 1 Hour: Once an order has entered the production phase, it cannot be canceled, refunded, or modified.
